WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Clear terms. A useful starting point.

These terms describe use of VIVL Digital’s public website. Paid design and development projects require a separate signed agreement.

Effective October 15, 2026

This website is operated by VIVL Digital LLC, an Ohio business. Questions or permission requests may be sent to:

Permitted use

You may browse this website, evaluate our services and use its tools and contact methods for legitimate purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.

Nothing here restricts uses or rights protected by applicable law. A link to these terms does not by itself establish every visitor’s agreement to a separate paid service contract.

Content and portfolio rights

Website text, designs, code and imagery may be protected by copyright or other intellectual-property rights. VIVL materials, client trademarks and screenshots, licensed fonts, open-source software and third-party assets retain their respective ownership and license terms. Browsing does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted republication rights.

Portfolio material identifies the presented work. Design explorations are alternative concepts for one brief, not separate client engagements. Claims visible inside supplied client screenshots are not independently verified VIVL performance results. Third-party marks do not imply a broader endorsement.

Pricing and project agreements

The Pricing page presents current website packages, starting prices for additional services and optional monthly maintenance plans. Additional service starting prices are subject to project scope. Published prices describe the stated package or starting service; they do not reserve work or require VIVL to accept a project.

Every project receives a written scope of work describing deliverables, functionality, revisions, responsibilities and exclusions. Requests outside the approved scope require a separate quote or written change order. Revision rounds apply to agreed deliverables and are not unlimited redesigns. Standard website projects use a 50% payment upon agreement and the remaining 50% before final launch or handoff. Larger projects may use milestone billing defined in the signed agreement. Work begins according to the executed agreement and payment schedule.

Hosting, domains, paid software and external services are not automatically included in development packages. Maintenance is optional and billed monthly. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice, subject to the maintenance agreement. Included update time does not roll over; new pages, redesigns, added functionality and substantial development are quoted separately. Maintenance coverage applies only to systems and services identified in the agreement.

Clients retain ownership and control of their domains and business content. Ownership or licensing rights to website deliverables transfer according to the signed agreement after full payment. Third-party licenses and services remain subject to their own terms. A pricing inquiry or conversation does not create a client relationship, authorize recurring charges or replace a separate signed service agreement. The signed agreements govern paid work according to their terms.

Information and availability

We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but website content, services and availability can change. Errors or interruptions may occur. No particular lead volume, business result, search ranking, uninterrupted availability or absolute security is promised.

The website provides general service information rather than individualized legal, financial or regulatory advice. We do not represent automated accessibility checks as certification or a guarantee of compliance.

Third-party services

External sites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control all third-party content or guarantee its continued availability. Our own responsibilities remain subject to applicable law.

The Privacy Policy and Cookies & storage notice explain current website information handling and optional choices.

Responsibilities and disputes

Responsibility for a claim arising from website use is determined under applicable law and any valid agreement governing that claim. These terms do not exclude liability or waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, blanket indemnity or fixed damages cap is imposed here.

VIVL Digital LLC is based in Ohio, United States. If a concern arises, contact us with the relevant details so it can be reviewed. Any governing-law, forum or dispute-resolution provision for a paid project belongs in its separate signed agreement, subject to applicable mandatory protections.

Updates and contact

We may update these website terms and their effective date as the website changes. Changes do not retroactively alter a signed project agreement. Contact the business for questions or requests to reuse protected material.
