What is stored
The website does not embed third-party calendars, maps, videos or chat tools. The design galleries do not save contact details or filter selections in browser storage, session storage or a browser database.
When optional services are configured and you make a privacy choice, VIVL stores vivl.privacy.v1 in first-party local storage. It records only the purpose version, time and analytics/advertising choices. It expires after 180 days or a change of purpose version. This necessary preference record is not an advertising identifier. Without configured optional services, no new preference record is needed.
A review of a restricted ChatGPT Sites publication on October 15 observed hosting security cookies: __Host-appgarden-visitor and cf_clearance for Cloudflare challenge clearance. Those observations predate the current public publication and do not confirm which cookies it sets. The exact purpose and retention of the platform visitor cookie must be confirmed with the hosting provider; these are not application analytics preferences. In that review, observed browser expiry was approximately 90 days for the platform visitor cookie and 365 days for cf_clearance. These are historical observations, not fixed lifetime promises; hosting and challenge settings can change which cookies appear or how long they remain.
A pricing link can include the selected service as an allowlisted value in the page address. Design-gallery filters also use allowlisted query values. Your browser may retain these addresses in history. These selections are not contact details; your browser may also cache website files such as images and fonts.
Your privacy choices
No optional tracking is active, so an unnecessary consent banner is not shown. Privacy settings explains which services are unavailable. Browsing does not depend on agreeing to tracking. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics and advertising disabled, overriding an older saved permission.
Where Google Analytics is configured and permitted, its tag can store first-party measurement cookies. This build configures their expiry to 180 days. There are no observed Google cookies to inventory in the unconfigured website; a real property and its advertising features must be inspected before activation. No third-party advertising cookie inventory is invented here.
Rejecting or withdrawing an existing choice disables measurement, clears accessible Google measurement cookies on this website and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag. Requests already sent cannot be recalled. The website cannot erase a different domain’s cookies or provider-held records; use the privacy request contact for information held by VIVL.
You can clear browser history and cached files using your browser settings. This does not delete information already held by an independent hosting provider or information you have sent through another channel.

The hosting-cookie observations in this notice come from a restricted Sites publication and may differ on the current public site. Exact host request-log retention and account access settings remain to be verified. This is not a statement about every business record or future service.

Google Analytics code is prepared but inactive without a real property ID, reviewed settings and an affirmative optional choice. Inquiry contents, email-link targets and arbitrary URL queries are not included in VIVL’s measurement events. Property-level automatic measurement and sharing settings must also be checked before activation.
If services or tracking practices change, this notice and any necessary privacy controls must be reviewed before the change is introduced.
