Information we handle

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any name, company, telephone number or project details you choose to provide. We use that correspondence to understand your request and reply.

When enabled, the project form requests a name, email, industry, project description, budget and timeline; company, telephone number and current website are optional. If you start from a Pricing link, the form can also include the selected package, care plan or service. If the form is unavailable, the contact page explains that and offers email instead. The site does not offer online payment or account registration.

Pricing links may place an allowlisted service selection in the contact page address, and the design galleries use allowlisted filter selections. Your browser may retain these addresses in history and cache website files. The service delivering pages receives connection/request information needed to serve them, such as a network address and requested page. Hosting services may retain operational or security records under their own configurations.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, children’s information or other sensitive personal records through inquiries or privacy requests.

Why we use it

We use information to answer inquiries, prepare requested proposals, perform agreed services, administer business correspondence, operate and protect the website, handle privacy/accessibility concerns and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.

An inquiry does not create a client relationship or sign you up for promotional messages. Any future marketing signup or additional processing purpose must have its own appropriate notice and choices.

Services and disclosures

We disclose information as needed to service providers performing the relevant task and to people authorized to handle that task. Email sent to our designated Proton address is processed through email services. Formspree is the selected project-form provider; it receives form contents only when the form is configured and a submission is made. The current form availability is shown on Contact.

ChatGPT Sites is the selected hosting service. When the website is deployed there, OpenAI and its hosting subprocessors handle page delivery and relevant operational processing. A local development preview does not establish the deployed host’s exact log, storage or access settings.

Google Analytics is an optional planned service. Optional Google measurement loads only after a configured purpose is allowed in privacy settings. Analytics and advertising permissions are independent. Advertising purposes are separate and remain unavailable until separately configured and disclosed. See Cookies & storage and Privacy requests and settings for the actual available choices.

We may disclose records when necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful process, protect rights or security, or address a genuine business transaction, subject to legal restrictions. We do not claim that information is never shared with anyone.

Analytics and advertising choices

The current configuration does not activate advertising, remarketing, Google Signals or sale/sharing of website information for targeted advertising. An analytics ID or a future advertising plan does not mean those features are active.

Optional analytics requires a separate affirmative choice. Declining it leaves the website usable. Advertising cannot be enabled by an analytics-only choice. Global Privacy Control keeps advertising disabled, including when an older saved choice allowed it. We also keep optional analytics off when that signal is present as a privacy baseline.

Legacy Do Not Track is distinct from Global Privacy Control and does not itself change the site’s purpose settings. You can reject optional processing directly. We do not put inquiry contents, email addresses or arbitrary page-query values into analytics events. No Google tag is loaded before the permitted optional choice.

Retention and safeguards

We keep correspondence and project records for the purposes for which they are needed: handling a request, following up on an active project discussion, performing a contract, resolving disputes or satisfying legal/accounting requirements. Records no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted or de-identified, subject to justified legal holds and provider backup cycles. A minimal suppression record may remain necessary to honor a preference.

When web inquiries are enabled, abuse and duplicate-submission controls use keyed fingerprints, short-lived counters, random submission references and delivery status in the hosting database. Raw inquiry messages and raw IP addresses are not stored in those control tables. Rate windows last ten minutes and receipt reservations expire for reuse protection after 24 hours; expired control records are cleaned in bounded batches on later requests, so physical deletion may occur later. Formspree and email records are separate.

Privacy settings on your device expire after 180 days or when the purpose version changes. You can replace or withdraw a choice earlier. Provider-side records and email are separate from that browser preference; clearing your browser does not delete them.

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access according to the task, but no website or communication channel can be guaranteed secure. We do not promise that every provider record is encrypted, anonymous or immediately erasable. Services may process information in the United States and other countries according to their operations and terms; no particular storage location is promised here.

Requests and concerns

Email daz2323@proton.me or use the instructions on Privacy requests to ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or an applicable opt-out. Rights, exceptions, appeal opportunities and response deadlines depend on the applicable law and your circumstances. You may also raise a concern with an appropriate regulator where applicable.

We assess requests under the law that applies and respond within applicable deadlines. Before disclosing or changing personal records, we may need information proportionate to the request to verify identity or an agent’s authority. We do not require unnecessary identity checks for opt-outs. Please do not email identity documents unless a justified secure process is arranged.

Our services are intended for businesses. If you believe a child’s personal information has been provided, contact us so it can be assessed and appropriately handled. We do not ask visitors for dates of birth merely to browse.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy and its effective date when practices change. Material new purposes may require an additional notice or fresh consent before activation. A policy change alone does not authorize an incompatible use of information.

Privacy settings

Necessary website functions remain available. Optional choices are off until you allow them. Privacy Policy

Optional analytics and advertising are not configured. No Google tracking is active and no consent preference needs to be stored.
