## Project terms
Every project has a written scope of work. Standard website projects use 50% payment upon agreement and 50% before final launch or handoff; larger projects may use milestone billing in the signed agreement. Hosting, domains, paid software and external services are not automatically included. Maintenance is optional. Search rankings, leads, sales, uninterrupted uptime and universal accessibility compliance are not guaranteed.
